Enigmail blocks sending mail since Thunderbird 60 -> 61 switch in trunk.
Seems Thunderbird calls gpg, but never feeds anything to gpg resultiong in Thunderbird waiting on gpg to finish, but this never happens, since gpg waits on input.

Enigmail 1.9.9 doesn't work with TB 60/61. Please try the latest nightly build of Enigmail.
