Hi,

I found this today with last update of TH (first time I run this with this version).
Even a mail is not hold by Enigmail, a draft saved asks for pass phrase to be re-opened to be sent (appear clearly as saved with enigmail encryption).

Since Enigmail 1.9.0, all drafts are automatically encrypted if Enigmail is enabled for the accont (irrespective of whether the mail will be sent encrypted or not). If you want to change this, you have to modify the account settings.
