With "send confirmation I'm referring to the option set by: the OpenPGP menu ->
Preferences -> Sending tab -> "Always confirm before sending" check box.
If one uses both PGP and S/MIME for the same account and have send confirmation
activated it should detect if S/MIME is used. For example, if you have chosen
to send an e-mail without PGP, but use signing or encryption through S/MIME,
the confirmation dialog that appears when pressing Send still says "Send
CLEARTEXT message to ... ?", but I think it should say that S/MIME is used
(otherwise the confirmation dialog is incorrect! It's not cleartext).
Also, to be able to activate send confirmation on a per account basis would be
nice. Currently it gets activated for ALL OpenPGP enabled accounts.
