Trunk 1.1: new API

- fix r1077 old API mapping for "it-extralife"
- fix bug #9475 Laser and Turnstiles
- green turnstile: new feature - rotate backwards if actor wields wrench
- fix old API exception handling on SendMessage, Set and GetAttrib
- enable strict object validation on set of attributes
Note:
- the strict validation may reject some levels from loading due to
invalid attribute usage. Please fix the levels.
