rewrite of level load with additions:
- Lua commented XML (besides XML and Lua)
- zip packs now support XML
- online level load for http and if Xerces linked with libcurl ftp, https
- full cross reference capability for all indices and commandline:
- use urls
- reference zip levels in a.zip as "a/levelname"
- usage of "./levelname" for levels in same pack (not commandline)
- Oxyds levels (not commandline)
- zip packs may contain files with subdirectory structure:
- a subdirectory level pack levels/sample/* may be zipped into
levels/sample.zip with files sample/levelname.{xml,lua}
- these zipped levels can be crossreferenced
- just the index.txt has currently to be in the old zip special format
update on level Firefox concerning XML metadata
Note:
- patch should be 100% compatible in practice besides the addtitions above.
- C++ gurus may try to resolve the conflicts that did cause the introduction
of the workaround file src/file_zip.cc (read the file comments)
