- renaming it-trigger to it_trigger
- it_trigger as StateObject:
- state O/1 as ON/OFF can be requested
- all other messages and writes are disabled
- correct initialization of new triggers:
- image and internal state due to the number of actors and stone
- jumping on and over triggers is allowed: flying marbles do not
press the trigger any more. (Bug #8154)
- cannonballs do no longer press a trigger
