In nexus/cmn/heap.c, the license states that the file has been released into the public domain, but is subject to certain restrictions. I'm not sure how the legal team managed to justify that one; "public domain" has a specific meaning and does not allow any extra restrictions. If the file is to be licensed (i.e., not in the public domain), then it should state that. If it is in the public domain (i.e., not licensed) then it should state so.
