[Enflame] Devel list pruned

Hey,

Everyone not actually involved in the project has been removed from the
developer list. From now on, our add policy will be: submit code/help us
out, and _then_ you will be included in the devel list.

Please don't take it personally. That's the only way of keeping our
devel list under control (it was growing so much faster in subscribed
devels than in actual members of the crew).
