[Encode2mpeg-users] dvd ot?

ok, I have two movie vobs on pc ripped using dvd:rip.  But there are no
ifo's or bups.  And I cannot seem to use ifogen or tocgen.  Is there a
way to change these vobs into dvd compliant using encode2mpeg?  Or what
would be the best way to change them for burning to dvd?
