[Encode2mpeg-users] fix mpg

Hi list

I am doing a vcd with a fixed size i use this command line

encode2mpeg film.avi -vcd -mpeg -encode 5:4:2  -usesbr 2

i want fix the file in a 700MB CD....but my final vcd is about 
670MB :-( i am losing 100MB of the aproximate 800MB that fill a 700MB CD

What can i do?
