Standard answer apply: when it's ready :-).

Seriously, probably I will do a release by the end of
February/begin of March.
In the last weeks I was very busy so, although I have done
enough work for a new release, I haven't finish to do
all the things I have in mind.

I will try to add what is missing in the next weeks.
