Hello,
I am using an EncFSMP folder on dropbox shared on two machines. First one is Windows 10 x64 1709, second - Windows 10 x64 1703, EncFSMP 0.11.1 x64 on both. I get read errors (unreadable files) after I rename a file on the EncFSMP virtual drive.

To reproduce:
1. On the EncFSMP drive on machine 1 create file test.txt and write "1" in it.
2. in ~10 seconds the files are synced over dropbox and 1.txt appears on maching 2. It is readable.
3. On machine 1 rename the file to test2.txt.
4. After ~10 sec the file is synced to machine 2, it gets a new encrypted name in the EncFSMP dropbox folder, and the virtual drive on machine 2 has file test2.txt, but it is unreadable (Error during read operation, MAC comparison failure, refusing to read). The file is readable on machine 1 though.
5. If i rename the file back to test.txt on machine 2, then a duplicate encrypted file in the EncFSMP dropbox folder appears with the same content, but a different name corresponding to test.txt. Now machine 2 drive has only test.txt (unreadable) and machine 1 drive has both test.txt and test2.txt, both readable.

This does not seems to be a dropbox issue, no conflict files appear.

EncFS drive info: Version 6 configuration; created by EncFS 1.7.4 (revision 20100713), all standard options.

Upgraded machine 2 to build 1709 - the same result.

This problem seems to happend only with Pre-block HMAC or External IV drive options. So actually the drive I mentioned in the ticket used paranoia settings.

    probably this?
    https://github.com/vgough/encfs/issues/141
(i.e create vol with the IV/MAC option(s) disabled)
