create a folder structure (having many nested directory and big files in it). Copy it to EncFs and then try to delete it, it deletes all files but SOMETIMES some dirs remain.
Temporary workaround
Unmount and mount again, then delete works again.
Unfortunately I was not able to reproduce your problem. Can you please give me more details about your environment? Is the encrypted folder on a local disk or a network share? What tools do you use (Windows Explorer, or another tool)? Which Windows version?
It would be great if you could create a minimal test set to reproduce the problem (for example a ZIP file with the folder structure that fails to be deleted).

My environment is Win7 64, Symantec Endpoint 12 having all latest updates. For sure issue reported is there. I will try to reproduce it asap.
I guess issue could be a side effect of big files (See issue reported for files above 2GB). If you have a setup, try putting a nested folder structure and many (atleast 1000 random files) and insert files above 5GB here and there, then delete root folder.
