Emu48 -- an HP calculator emulator for Mac -- is now on Twitter via Laconica/Status.net. Follow emu48mac to get updates.

The Cocoa rewrite of Emu48 has just been committed! Please use the new SVN repository to access the source code. This code release builds and runs as a Universal binary on Mac OS X 10.4 and later. Speed and CPU usage should be improved over the old Carbon version (which is still in the CVS repository), but more importantly, the new version now includes HP50G support. Development has resumed on Emu48 for Mac OS X! The new version will target Leopard 10.5 and will be Cocoa-only. To cover development costs, the project is now accepting donations. Please consider making a donation if you find this program useful. The program will continue to be open-source GPL.

The Emu48 Homepage was temporarily down after a cracker vandalized the index page. More or less normal operation has been restored, but the blog entries will not work properly yet.
