Hi,
I just baught a Creative USB Aduigy2 NX. I can't get it
to work on linux+emu10k1
(kernel 2.4.x and 2.6.0, Debian).
Is it supposed to work with emu10k1? If so should I had
other modules like usb-audio?
Does any one has expirience with it, any advice?
Thanks

I worked a little bit more on it. I realized that when I load
the usb-audio module a new device /dev/dsp1 apperars. If I
play with alsamixer I can unmute it.
The problems now are two:
Only the frontal speakers works (but in alsamixer I have
seven channels to play with). This problem could just be due
to the fact I'm playing an MP3 and not a sorround source....
Anyway it should be possible to activate the CMMS, but I
don't know how.
The second problem is much worst. When I try to play
something I just get the beginning if the track and then the
sound slowly go down. No idea what the hell is this.
Bye
Luca
