#138 SB LIVE! 5.1, please help!

Hi there. I don't mean to be stupid or anything like
that, but I recently got my new Linux SUSE 9.0 and I
can't seem to figure out how to get the sound output off
of digital. I am constantly hearing this loud hiss is the
background. I am using a PCI version of SB LIVE! 5.1.
I'm also using analoug speakers, heh-heh. Can anyone
help?
