#8 Kernel patch 2.4.20 for emu10k1 20a

I don't like modules: I have some permissions poroblem,
when I want to record from tv-card, the module doesn't
load automatically, and so on.
So I make a kernel patch.
It works for me, but be very carefully when You apply,
becasue I replaced the exiting ac97_codec.[ch], and I
don't know it is bacward compatible with other sound
card, or not.
Now the kernel works with my audigy2, staticaly, or
module compiled too.
