#14 emu-script for SBLive 5.1 with LFE and CENTER

I patched original emu-script.sh and added this features:

Added improvements in 5.1 Multichannel setup in

Analog mode:

--- Tone controls for Multichannel mode for fx12

and fx13

--- Volume control of fx12 and fx13 at MIX on

Stereo mode

--- Volume control at PCM for all channels in

Multichannel mode

--- Routing to LFE and Center for stereo mode

(ROUTE_ALL_TO_SUB must be set to 'ye
s')

--- Volume control at PCM for all chennels in

Stereo mode

--- Volume control of LFE and CENTER at MIX on

Stereo mode

I think this script will be very usefull, because many
people ask how to enable all 6 outs on their 5.1 cards.
