Internal MIDI suport from hardware don't work... Anybody have a plan to add SoundFont suport on SBLive, I am unlike ALSA :) Thanx for best and native emu10k1 driver from kernel
This won't be implemented in the emu10k1 driver (hardware
internal midi, soundfounts). Use the Alsa driver instead.

Why won't this be implemented?
I mean, couldn't you just borrow the respective code from
ALSA (both projects are GPL'ed, after all)?
Also, I think it's a bit (no, not really, its's actually
VERY) embarassing for Creative, if their own drivers don't
support the onboard synth (the cool synth was the primary
reason I bought the card, by the way...)

I guess we will have to go back to Bill's OS. Cause I have
several SBLive's to use as Software Synths. Linux is dead.
