#1 Runtime Error 53

We are currently running
EMScan v1.66
Vpop3 v2.0.0k
AVG v7.0.250

We have been using these three packages for the past
year and recently upgraded to AVG v7 some three weeks
ago but have just, in the last few days, started to
get "VPOP3 encountered a timeout error running the
external router, and the external program was
terminated The message has been routed using internal
routing" reports and the server reporting "Runtime Error
53. Can't find file"
