#13 File Name - Character Substitution

Some artist, album, and/or track names on a CD
contain illegal characters for file names or directories
under Linux. When ES retrieves the info from Freedb, it
attempts to write it exactly, but the file system won't
allow it and substitutes a set of encoded characters
instead (I'm guessing....)
The simplest example is for a /
The OS substitues %2f%
Another is some sort of period (.), but it is aligned in the
middle vertically. I think it is ASCII character code 149,
but I'm unsure. The same substitution occurs there too.

Although, this isn't a bug in the true sense of the word
since ES is for Linux exclusively, but other OSs have
more contraints that Linux on their file and directory
stuctures and some names that are legal on Linux don't
view/transfer well if you share out the files via Samba
etc.

These characters are:
< > * : " ? | \ /

The < > cause issue when there is no name for track
and it will default to <no Name> (is that from freedb?).

Most of those characters could be substituted
' for "
- for | or \ or / or :
but there is no good substitute for a question mark, argh!

Forgot to mention: Accented character also do not do well in
Windows OSs either. My experience with Spanish albums,
accented vowels and tilde over 'n', do not 'translate' well....I'm
assuming umlauts in German and other languages would
have similar problems.....
