Source code moved to github.com

It’s been a long time since the last source code update and my last post here. Now I'm going to revive development process somehow.

First of all, the code at https://sourceforge.net/p/empty/code/ci/master/tree is now a mirror of https://gitlab.com/mezantrop/empty repository. Second, although all the development will continue on Gitlab.com, Sourceforge will remain the primary place for distribution archives for various ports and packages.

Please forward all the bugs, suggestions, patches and etc to https://gitlab.com/mezantrop/empty
