#6 Paging Option for emp_client (WIN32)

This patch is for the 4.2.21 WIN32 build of emp_client to
allow the user to display screen of the data at a time
and then pause.
If a command outputs more then a screen full of data,
the user must press the escape key to continue to the
next page.
The number of lines on the screen is specified with the -
p option.
To generate the man page you need to specifiy the 'w'
register to the nroff/troff.

Note: The precompiled binary has the following defaults:
EMPIREHOST = localhost and EMPIREPORT = 6667.
