Wolfpack Empire 4.3.6 released

This release offers new features, fixes serious bugs, and tweaks some game rules.

Player-visible changes include means to control repair of individual units (replacing budget priorities), reduced plane abort chance, minesweepers navigating at full speed, reduced bridge population, a simpler sector mobility cost formula (costs tweaked as well), land units marching slower on highways and in newly taken sectors, and a friendlier land unit attack mobility rule.

Deity-visible changes include an optional complete log of player input, additional customizable configuration tables, means to disable commands, and a territory field reserved for the deity's use.

We strongly recommend deities use this release for new games. Upgrading mid-game is not supported and expected to result in total disaster.

There is no separate client release 4.3.6, as the client did not change since 4.3.4.

Attention, client writers: if your client calculates mobility costs, it needs to be updated. In case your client still uses show instead of xdump: output of show sector s changed. More changes to show are expected.
