The attacker learns the exact support values provided
by forts, ships, units, planes and mines. The defender
learns nothing.
This is unrealistic.
Each side should be able to see own support values, and
get only limited information on hostile support.
In particular, the modifier provided by mines should be
kept secret, as it allows an observant attacker to find
out the exact number of mines, which the game normally
discloses only to the sector's old owner. Abuse: have
a friend attack a sector to find out.
Forts, ship and unit fire can't be easily
distinguished. Bombing can be distinguished from
shell-fire, but I doubt the grunts on the ground can
easily estimate the exact damage done by each.
Therefore, I propose to disclose only the total hostile
support, and whether there was shell fire, bombing or
mines.
