I think that it would be great if you could choose by
shift. In some work places you have to work a shift
instead of an hour by hour basis. If you could choose
from an 8 hour block, or a 5 hour block, that would be
great.

Another great idea is to have a function that will
generate a weekly report that shows what days the
employees are working. That needs to be printable. A
day report of who is working in what position my also be
helpful.
