#29 Blank password field for a user prevents them from login

Creating a new User, supervisor or employee, can be added without putting a password in. If you try to log in, a blank password will not let you log in, there just is no password. A supervisor will have to remake or edit the employee to have a password again.

Currently there are blocks from leaving Username or Full Name empty upon user creation, I believe password should act the same
