At the moment, the CSharpEditorExamineJob is scheduled and it parses the file once and then the CodeInformatorCacheUpdateJob is scheduled and then the file is parsed again. This seems rather excessive.

It also seems odd to me that a new Job is being created every single time instead of scheduling an existing one. Is there a reason for this?
