Release 0.3 boots on Quadra 610 only if no SCSI disk is
attached to the bus.
In other case, it displays sad macintosh on black screen.

I'm able to boot my quadra 610 without unpluging the disk
with emile-recue-0.3:
- insert floppy in driver
- switch on quadra
- wait...
- whe the trill is played, switch off system
- immediatly switch on the system
- emile is loading
- wait...
- normally you don't have the "sad " macintosh
- you wait 10 seconds and you have the penguin !
My conclusion is there is bug in the SCSI driver setup of
linux-mac68k... :-P

This bug is 040 specific.
The instructions used to flush instruction and data caches
on 68030 (movec cacr) cannot be used on 68040.
Using the 040 good sequence (cpusha/cinva) allows now to
boot emile on quadra 610.
