Updated: Emil's Block Game - Visual

Well, this is mostly a code related update so the end-user shouldn't see a big difference.

• Made big changes to server restarting. Should restart faster now and alerts you of problems.

• Minor change to crash logging.

• Changed version number to "1.4.5.1 Visual" from "1.4.4.4 Frog".

• Updated launcher, CiTO output, changelog.txt, version.txt, version.md, build.bat, build.sh, Monster Editor and Installer

• On Windows, next to .ebgsgf files it says "Emil's Block Game World" in the description.
