#18 Allow to set an initial position before playing

Hi, I would like to have an option to set an initial position in the mp3 file, from where the playing starts, like so (startposition =...) in seconds:

This would allow for listening to specific parts of a music file (e.g verse 1, chorus, outro...) without the need for seeking for the user.
