#13 Shuffle Playlist-start

I'm playin mostly mixtapes splinted in ~3 Min Parts on my Homepage using emff. It would be nice to shuffle the playlist-beginning, not the playlist. For example if I have 20 Tracks and a User opens the player, emff would start with track 7 and continue the playlist normal (track 8, track 9 ..).
