Vista with UAC does not permit a program to run unless it has been signed properly -- or you're logged in as administrator, in which case it complains every time. Can someone please produce a signed version?
Is CE even being maintained any more (by whatever name)? It would be a shame if it disappeared due to lack of basic maintenance.
