After researching a bit more, it seems like the following lines in the .ini file control things: PROBE_POLARITY 1 PROBE_INDEX 23 However, running emcsh, and issuing: emc_probe_index 23 0 Just returns zero, which makes me think that either 1) probe support has to be on pin zero 2) it needs more than just this to work so... Q1: Is there a way to look at the value of a pin on the parport in EMC? Q2: How can I verify that when EMC starts up, it has linked correctly the probe to pin 23? Thanks in advance.
