[TRAJ]MAX_VELOCITY does not affect motion
either when
regardless of the setting of [TRAJ]MAX_VELOCITY (higher, lower, commented out), motions are only limited by [AXIS_n]MAX_VELOCITY.
non axially parallel moves are limited to [AXIS_n]MAX_VELCOITY also
(for identical axes and 45°, v_max could be MAX_VELOCITY*sqrt(2))
how to debug the loaded limits/settings of motmod, and if they are applied?
