#421 G96 CSS bug in sim lathe

Sim lathe config. When the spindle rpm goes above 2500 is SCC mode, spindle speed on the panel suddenly shows -2500.8rpm and the program just stops with no error messages.
E.g.:
G21
G1 X5 F150
G96 S117 M03

With G96 S117 D2250 or D2400 that naturally doesn't happen because of the limit. But D2500 doesn't help yet.

Not sure if it's a sim config bug or a LinuxCNC bug, my actual lathe is limited to 2250rpm and I did not run into this. Can't find any 2500rpm limit in sim-lathe config: lathe.ini or lathe.hal.
