#390 Problem with inverted ESTOP external input

Hello,

I have been trying to add a external Emergency Stop button to my machine but having some weird results. It is a NC button:

Connected to this break-out board:

If I connect it to Input pin 10, it works correctly but in reverse. When the button is locked down, the machine can be enabled and commands run; and then when I release the button, it behaves like the emergency stop button as been pressed.

However if press the invert check-box on the input in StepConf, then it behaves very oddly - the UI behaves correctly but the machine doesn't enable.

I am using LinuxCNC 2.6.2, StepConf version 1.1 and the Axis GUI, running on Lucid Lynx.
