#378 AXIS: Incorrect Control-S filename suggestion

Running AXIS in manual mode, pressing Control-S gives a "Save As" dialog,
with the suggested filename of "<Tkinter.Event instance at 0x9e...>"

I expect the filename suggestion to be empty, I suppose, same as when
using the menu File/Save As.
