#325 Using quotes for hal_input in halfile not working

If you use quotes around the search string for hal_input in the hal file, the device is not found. Example:

loadusr -W hal_input -KA "Vendor=046d Product=c216"

The reason is that hal_input gets the string with quotes included. Please find my fix for this attached.
