#265 emcrsh server lock up - EMC 2.4.7

After succesfully connection with

telnet localhost 5007

to an open Axis-App and the commands

hello EMC x 1.0
set enable EMCTOO
set estop off
set machine on
set machine off
set machine on

the emcrsh server locks up.
There are no more responses to commands.
You can test it with:
get enable
or another command that gets an answer.

This is fixed in 2.7 by commit c4c7fb9d.
