#193 xemc [DISPLAY]HELP_FILE should have sensible default

Running xemc with [DISPLAY]HELP_FILE unset prints the enigmatic warning:
Warning: Cannot open file ; No such file or directory
(xemc runs normally aside from displaying a blank buffer when the user requests help)

it would be nice if there was a sensible default.
