embXml: XML library for embedded systems / News: Recent posts

New Stable Version: 0.1

Hi all.
I'm happy to announce a new stable version:

"embXml 0.1 Stable".

Starting from today, the SVN repository will contain the actual (unstable) 0.2 development stream.
All new bugs will be resolved in the next release.

The 0.2 release will contain:

- all (eventual) new bugs;
- a reimplementation of the XML parser using LEX & YACC, already under development.

Please contact me for any comment and suggestion.... read more

Beta version available

Hi to all. The first BETA version (C++) of the library is now ready. It has passed our validation test, but we need your feedback before declaring a "stable" version.
You're adviced the "Comment" class MUST be rewritten, but our intention is to keep it's interface unchanged. So you can start writing your software, hoping (I'm sorry!!!) the "stable" version could be completely compatible. We hope we find time to write documentation. Please contact us for explanations.
Some "internal" parts of the library may seem you a lot obscure. But it's the internal managment, not the external interface!!!
Today I will add a beta packet for direct download (for now you've to use a Subversion checkout) and a .cpp test source (under test/ dir) that will NOT be compiled. You can take it and test the library, so you can see how to use embXml.... read more

First alpha-stage version released

A first (apparently stable) version of the library is ready in SVN repository. Interfaces will change, so you could use the library only to evaluate performances. Final interfaces will be ready soon.
