Add support for Atmel Cortex-M4 devices:

ATSAM4E series, ATSAM4LC/LS series, and ATSAM4N series devices.

Hi the SAM4S* devices were not added to the latest release. Was there a reason for this?

Oh, sorry ...thanks for pointing that out.

I guess I've to add "update svn" to the release_todo list.
Looks like i checked it in on the laptop and forgot to update the data plugin on the desktop machine to the latest revision before building the release.

So this will be a good test for just a data release update. I post an update when its ready.
