#19 load multiple svd files (for core registers+peripherals)

Hi,

could you please add a feature to load a second svd file?
the svd files provided by the manufacturer don't provice the core register (NVIC, SCB, ...) and are not shown in the register view.

I have manually copied them into the data folder and can switch between the peripheral registers and the core regeisters but this is not very convinient for debugging.
