#2 error on admin blocks page

getting the following error on the admin blocks page:
EmbryoCore Error [level 256]: C:\wamp\www\cmstests\embryocore\libs\modules\language\language.php, line 101. Unable to find registered language file: C:\wamp\www\cmstests\embryocore\content\blocks\carousel/languages/.

I was able to suppress it by commenting out line 14 in content\blocks\carousel\config.php
It doesn't look like this line is even needed...
