#8 Missing option for fuzzpro and fuzznuc

Hi,

Emboss explorer is excellent interface, thanks lot for nice work!

However in program fuzzpro, fuzznuc (maybe also some others) the option "Number of mismatches" is missing if newest version of emboss (4.0.0) is installed.
It is OK with older emboss. Any suggestions?
