#394 Support for HGNC information

There has been a request to retrieve entries from SWISSPROT
using the HGNC information e.g. lines such as:

GN Name=ABCB1; Synonyms=MDR1, PGY1;

There is no perceived need to distinguish between Names and Synonyms,
both terms could be added to the same (new) index file.

Requester has been informed that some work has been done to make additions of
new indexes easier and that the request passed to the core developers
for consideration.
