#391 Rename "digest" application

Sensible request for renaming "digest". Stuff from mailing list :

I am a Gentoo linux user and /usr/bin/digest file is installed by
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/security/pki/nss package.
I do not know what other tools within emboss or even what 3rd party tools would break
if you rename the binary but I belive it has to happen at some timepoint. Please think of
that. I would not be surprised if openssl or similar project comes up with yet another
program called "digest" computing message digests like md4, md5, sha1, etc.
In short, what about tryptic_digest instead?

Use "digesttryptic" (to allow for other "digest" programs")
