Well spotted ... that is a bug in 6.4.0

It is defaulting to a secondary index for the IDs.

A simple edit of the uniprot.pxid file would fix it, adding the line:

Type Identifier

(and also to the .pxac file)

It should have defaulted to "type identifier" for these index files. We
will make a fix.
