#222 Vectorstrip failing to notice 3 prime sequence match

Hello,

I am trying to run vectorstrip on some sequences. Attached is a tarball with a sample sequence, test.fasta, and a vector information file for vectorstrip, vectorInfo.txt. The sequence has some vector at the 5' and the 3' ends. Only the 5' vector is noted and clipped by vectorstrip. An example command I used with these files is:

vectorstrip -sequence test.fasta -vectorsfile vectorInfo.txt -mismatch 12 -outseq test.out.fasta

I'm working on an Ubuntu-based system (Bio-Linux), and using the binary from the Debian-med emboss package, version 6.3.1-3.

If this is something I'm doing wrong, please just let me know.
